Very impressed with Brandon and Chelsie at BG Pump. I recently bought a new home in Ramona that was on a well, two pump system with a cistern. The booster pump burned up - it was literally smoking! I spent a half day researching pump replacements and watching videos before soon realizing that I needed some professional help. I found BG Pump from Google and was impressed with the reviews. I called and spoke with Chelsie - she was very friendly / responsive and made arrangements for Brandon to drop by in a few hours. Brandon and his helper immediately jumped in and were able to diagnose the issue in a few minutes. Bandon offered to give me a loaner pump while I considered the best replacement option - included at no additional costs beyond the base diagnostic fee. They swapped in the new pump in less than 30 minutes. Brandon also took time to show me different pump materials, such as impeller variations, and explain how my old pump compared to pumps that he recommended - brass versus plastic parts, etc. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the options in a way that I could understand.
